1. Photos & feedback

Our staff are required to post photos and feedback of their sessions no later than 24 hours after a session has taken place.

These will be uploaded on our campaign website for our clients to view within 48 hours of the session taking place. This feedback will include things such as;

  • Sales made (open inventory less closing inventory)

  • Shopper feedback

  • Store feedback

  • Staff feedback

Clients are issued with their own unique log in codes so they can confidentially  access their own campaign information.

Do you have some specific questions you would like feedback on about your products? Let us know so our staff can ask shoppers directly. This is a great way of obtaining consumer feedback.
