Terms of Trade

Here are our terms of trade
  • All quotes are valid for 21 days.

  • We require 50% of the campaign cost to be paid up front once a signed booking for is received. The balance will be invoiced and will be required to be paid within 7 days of the final session going ahead.

  • Couriers/freight and mileage on quotes are purely estimates and may vary once campaign is confirmed and staffed.

  • Training costs are based on the actual number of staff used.

  • Cost exclude any PEL store booking costs which are invoiced to the client directly.

  • Cancellation or postponement of sessions less than 5 days prior to commencement will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of talent costs, cancellation or postponement of sessions within 48 hours of a session booking will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of talent cost.

  • Cancellation of a campaign once a booking form has been received will result in a 50% charge of the campaign management and co-ordination fee being incurred.

  • Any photos or video footage taken during a campaign remain solely the property of Product Placement Ltd, and maybe used on their website or in promotional material.
